We offer free GROUND shipping for all flag orders over $50 to anywhere in the Contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii and to APO/FPO addresses.

CONTIGUOUS  UNITED STATES – All flags ship FED EX Ground unless faster shipping is specified.  A physical street address must be provided.

For faster delivery*, we also ship FED EX Priority Overnight, FED EX Standard Overnight, FED EX 2 Day Air, and FED EX 3 Day Express Saver.  If any of these options are chosen, additional charges will apply.  For an order to ship out the same day, we must receive it by 1 PM EST. If you want us to ship using your account with any shipping service, let us know.

HAWAII & ALASKA*  -  All flags ship USPS Priority Mail unless faster shipping is specified.For faster delivery*, we also ship FED EX Priority Overnight, FED EX Standard Overnight, FED EX 2 Day Air, and FED EX 3 Day Express Saver.  If any of these options are chosen, additional charges will apply.  If it is required that an order must ship out the same day, it must be received by 1 PM EST.  Shipping Charges apply.

MILITARY APO/FPO* - All flags ship Priority US Mail unless faster shipping is specified.For faster delivery*, we also ship FED EX International Priority, FED EX International Economy.  If either of these options are chosen, then a street address, country and postal code (if any) must be provided.  Additional charges will apply.  International shipping rates do not include customs, if any.  If it is required that an order must ship out the same day, it must be received by 1 PM EST. For any other Express order, your order must be received by 3 PM EST in order to guarantee delivery in the selected number of business days.

CANADA* - All flags ship USPS Priority Mail unless faster shipping is specified.  A physical street address must be provided.  Shipping is extra and does not include customs, duty, PST, or brokerage fees.

IN CASE OF DELIVERY EXCEPTION*- Regal Flags & Poles, Inc. is not responsible for unsuccessful delivery attempts.  Additional fees will apply if an unsucessful delivery attempt was due to the customer supplying us with incorrect information.  If you find errors occur often with the specified shipping method an alternate should be requested.

Same Day Shipping:

We maintain a large inventory of flags and  UPS/Fedex shippable flagpoles.  We endeavor to ship all orders received by 3:30 pm Eastern time on the day it is received.  We estimate that between 95 - 98% of our orders ship the same day. 

This quick response often will save you money on shipping costs if you are in a hurry.  If you need a product by a certain time, it is critical that you notify us of the required delivery date.  We will use our best efforts to get the product shipped to you in time, and will send you an email, or call (at our option) if there is uncertainty about meeting your time frame.  However, despite our best efforts, we do not control our shipping services and do not provide delivery guarantees.
