Shipping & Returns
Even though we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, we cannot avoid all problems. If you notify us of any problem within 48 hours of delivery, we will work with you to resolve the error. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will reimburse return shipping costs. We will also either credit your account the full purchase price or send you a replacement item of equal value. The choice is yours, provided that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, we take no responsibility for errors. All merchandise returned must be unused and in it's original packaging. The merchandise must be in resalable condition.
Any Other Reason
Upon receiving merchandise, you have 48 hours to notify us if you need to return your items for any reason. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once your request has been approved, you will be issued an RMA number. You can also call us for an RMA number. We will not accept returns without an RMA and the merchandise must be in unused and resalable condition. After receiving an RMA number, you have 30 days to return the merchandise to us in its original packaging. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Pleated fans are non-returnable once they've been removed from their packaging. 15% restocking fees apply to less common items and Solid Color Flags (3' x 5' or smaller). An email will be sent informing you that you ordered a product in which a restocking fee would be applicable upon return. This gives you a chance to cancel before we begin customization. Non-returnable items include Custom and Altered Flags, Solid Color Flags (4' x 6' or larger), Striped Attention Flags, Pennants, Burgees, Banners, In Ground Flagpoles, and Miniature Flags (4" x 6" or 8" x 12"). You will also be sent an email informing you that you ordered a non-returnable item before processing your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within two business days from when we receive your package. The refund will show up on your statement within a few days of us issuing the credit. This refund will not include shipping costs.* This time period includes: the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If our shipping service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our shipping service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-shipping of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-shipping (even where the initial shipping was free of charge).
An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:
(a) You provided the wrong address for shipping;
(b) There is a mistake in the address for shipping that was provided;
(c) The address for shipping is not reasonably accessible;
(d) The address for shipping cannot safely be accessed;
(e) If in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for shipping and there is no person available to accept shipping; or
(f) If in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for shipping to accept shipping and provide a signature.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If any corrections need to be made on the shipping address after your items have shipped, any fees incurred will be your responsibility.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We recommend you ship your items to your place of business due to lower costs and less likelihood of it getting stolen.
When free shipping is chosen, we will pick the best method for your order (USPS or FedEx). If for any reason you cannot receive your package via one of these methods, leave a note in the comments to ensure the shipping method needed.
If there are severe weather delays, express shipping is not guaranteed.
If you place an order with an incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge you a $13 change of address fee. Please double check each time you order that your address is correct so we do not have to add this extra charge to your order or hold up shipping times.

Free Shipping Policy
In order to qualify for free standard shipping, you must reach an order subtotal of $50 or more. (excluding sales tax and/or applicable shipping charges)
If your order is close to $50, we have small items you can add to your cart to qualify for free shipping. Some of those small items include: pins, magnets, decals, stick flags, etc. Please use the follow link to view these items:

***Please note that free shipping excludes in-ground flagpoles and telescoping flagpoles. These items must be shipped by freight. Express shipping methods and shipments outside of the continental United States, Hawaii, and FPO/APO are also excluded on free shipping promotions.***
