Description
Honor your heritage or welcome international visitors by flying the national flag of Croatia!
Our flags are made in America using high-quality nylon, a lightweight fabric that flies easily even in mild winds. The national tricolor and coat of arms are digitally printed for vivid colors and precise details. The ink used in printing these flags is fade-resistant, helping prevent sun damage when flown in direct sunlight.
Each Croatian flag has a strong canvas header and brass grommets for easy attachment to an outdoor flagpole. Additional grommets can be added to the fly corners for horizontal hanging on walls or fences.

Croatia Flag Meaning & History
The red, white, and blue tricolor has been used on several of Croatia’s national flags, dating back as far as 1848. These are also the traditional pan-Slavic colors, which go back to the early 1600s. The current version of the Croatian flag was adopted on December 21, 1990, the day before the Constitution of Croatia was proclaimed.
The coat of arms features a red and white shield, known in Croatian as the šahovnica, or chessboard. The medieval Kingdom of Croatia used the checkered shield as an identifying symbol. The five shields above represent different historical regions, from left to right: Croatia proper, Dubrovnik, Dalmatia, Istria, and Slavonia.
