This line of flagpoles uses an internal steel cable, with the winch located inside the pole. Internal systems ensure unauthorized individuals cannot access the mechanisms for raising or lowering flags, helping prevent vandalism. Additionally, the internal steel cable doesn’t get caught on external elements as a traditional rope halyard might.
We offer a few methods for controlling access to the internal winch, allowing you to customize the pole to suit your needs best. Choose between a traditional lock-and-key or an M-winch, which features a removable handle for the winch. This means that the flag can only be raised or lowered when the handle is installed. The M-winch system is also low-maintenance and doesn’t need regular lubrication.
