Our ECL30 pole is proudly made in America from high-quality aluminum, creating a durable, weather-resistant display piece. This 30-foot flag pole features an external halyard design, making hoisting and taking down flags simple.

This flagpole is available in four finishes: satin, clear anodized, bronze anodized, and black anodized. If you live on the coast or in a region with saltwater, consider choosing one of the anodized options. The satin finish is best suited for general use in freshwater areas. Please note that anodization will add additional processing time to your order.

When a flag is flown on this 30 ft flagpole, it is rated to withstand gusts up to 100 mph. Any flags should be taken down during inclement weather, increasing the pole’s wind rating to 131 mph.

Each 30' External Halyard Flagpole w/ Collar Includes

  • Gold anodized aluminum ball ornament
  • Cast aluminum revolving truck
  • Solid braided polypropylene halyard
  • Swivel flag snaps with vinyl snap covers
  • Cast aluminum cleat with mounting screws
  • Spun aluminum flash collar
  • Galvanized steel foundation sleeve

How to Install this Flagpole & Necessary Materials

Please use extreme caution while installing an in-ground flagpole. We recommend reaching out to professionals in your area for assistance. Check out the complete installation guide and material list below.

This 30’ flagpole kit does not include necessary tools and supplies, including concrete, sand, stone, caulking, and lock-tight.

Ensure that the location where you install this flagpole is clear of buildings, trees, and other obstacles. Watch out for power lines and underground pipes.

What Size Flag Should I Use for a 30-foot Flagpole?

For a proportional display, select a flag with a length of about one-fourth of the flagpole’s height. For 30 ft flag poles, that would be a 5’ by 8’ flag.

Call us if you need to customize this pole with a different truck, ornament, halyard, or cleat cover.

Flagpole Finishes

Satin Finish

Satin is the most common and widely specified finish in the flagpole industry. Created during the polishing process, this brushed finish provides a smooth, consistent appearance with an elegant, low-gloss sheen. Satin-finished flagpoles are low maintenance, highly resistant to corrosion, and complement virtually any architectural style.

Anodized Finishes

Standard anodized finishes include Clear, Bronze, and Black.

Anodizing is an electrochemical process that creates a durable aluminum oxide layer on the surface of the flagpole. This protective finish enhances durability, increases resistance to weather and environmental exposure, and provides superior corrosion protection, making it an excellent choice for coastal and other harsh environments.

Because the anodized layer becomes an integral part of the aluminum itself, it will not chip, flake, or peel like painted finishes.

Lead Time

Anodized finishes require an additional manufacturing process and typically add 6 to 8 weeks to production time. This process cannot be expedited.
