Description

Our Armenia flag is constructed using high-quality nylon, a durable and lightweight fabric that can fly even in gentle breezes. Nylon is also a quick-drying material, which helps prevent mildew growth after rain. The vibrant red, blue, and orange stripes are digitally printed, ensuring the flag's colors are UV-resistant, even under direct sunlight.

We offer the Armenian flag in sizes 12” x 18”, 2’ x 3’, 3’ x 5’, 4’ x 6’, 5’ x 8’, and 6’ x 10’. Each flag has a strong canvas header and brass grommets, facilitating easy attachment to an outdoor flagpole. Refer to our table of flagpole heights and recommended flag sizes to determine which size is right for you.

Armenian Flag Colors, Meaning, & History

The first instance of the red, blue, and orange tricolor was as a national flag representing the First Republic of Armenia, which existed from 1918 to 1920. Following its incorporation into the USSR, Armenia flew a red flag with a yellow hammer and sickle. In 1990, Armenia declared its sovereignty from the USSR and re-adopted the tricolor.

The red stripe represents the Armenian Highlands and the struggle for independence. Blue stands for peace and the sky, and orange symbolizes the creative and hard-working Armenian people.
