56 men forever changed the course of American history with the Declaration of Independence 239 years ago! We can thank them and the multitude of individuals who have fought to preserve the freedom we as a nation took for ourselves on that fateful day!
In order to further honor them in your celebrations, we hope you will purchase you party supplies and food from companies who sell American made products. Here are some suggestions:
Breyer's Ice Cream
Dixie plates, cups, and napkins
French's Mustard
French's Ketchup
Hellman's Mayonnaise
Wonder Bread Buns
If your town has a farmer's market, it's a great way to support local (and sometimes small) businesses, as well as made in America products. You can get all the fruits and veggies you need--and maybe even meat!
To make sure you're buying meat from the US, ask the butcher behind the counter.
And, of course, don't forget to get an American Flag in time for the holiday.
If you have any other suggestions for places to get made in America products, let us know in the comments!
