Description
Fly the national colors of Chile with pride using our American-made Chilean flag - an excellent choice for displaying outside homes, businesses, and government buildings.
Our Chile flags are manufactured in the USA from high-quality nylon, a lightweight material that can fly even in gentle breezes. Nylon fabric is quick-drying, helping prevent mildew growth after rain. The flag’s vivid colors are digitally printed, adding UV and fade resistance.
Each flag has a sturdy canvas header and durable brass grommets for secure mounting on any of our outdoor flagpoles. We carry the flag of Chile in a wide variety of sizes. Refer to our table of flagpole heights and recommended flag sizes to help determine which size is right for you.

Chile Flag Meaning & History
Chile’s flag, La Estrella Solitaria (The Lone Star), holds deep symbolic meaning and reflects the nation's history. Adopted on October 18, 1817, during the Chilean War of Independence, its design features two horizontal bands of white and red, with a blue square and a white five-pointed star in the canton. The white band symbolizes the snow-capped Andes mountains, a prominent feature of Chilean geography, while the red represents the blood of the patriots who fought for Chile's freedom. The blue square stands for the sky and the Pacific Ocean that borders Chile, and the white star, or the Lone Star, symbolizes independence and progress.
Chile Flag vs Texas Flag
The flags of Chile and Texas, while similar in appearance due to their shared use of a single star and the same colors, represent distinct historical backgrounds and symbolism. The flag of Texas, bearing the nickname "The Lone Star Flag," consists of a vertical blue stripe on the left of horizontal stripes of white and red, with a single white star centered on the blue. The star symbolizes the unity of the state. Blue stands for loyalty, red is for bravery, and white is for purity.
