Description

Install one of our tangle-free residential flag poles and never spend time untangling your flag display again! This pole comes equipped with a ‘free-spinning’ section that moves with the flag, preventing tangling.

This easily-assembled 6-foot flag pole comes in your choice of silver or white finish and a gold-colored eagle topper. The pole’s size is an ideal match for flying 3’ x 5’ American flags and can display US flags finished with either a header and grommets or a pole sleeve. Plus, the pole’s body is constructed from rust-resistant aluminum, creating a sturdy and weather-resistant display.

Please view our instructional booklet below for instructions on installing this residential flagpole.

Why Buy a Tangle-Free Flag Pole?

A tangle-free flag pole, also known as a spinning pole, is specially designed to allow the flag to move with the wind without wrapping around the pole. By installing this type of wall-mounted flag pole, you can ensure that your flag will fly proudly without having to buy additional accessories or spend time untangling your flag.

What’s Included in this Flagpole Kit?

  • 2-piece aluminum flagpole (1” diameter, 6’ length) Info Circumference, Radius, and Diameter
  • Gold-colored plastic eagle ornament
  • Two (2) clear plastic rings and screws for flying flags with grommets
  • A metal clip at the top of the pole for securing flags with a pole sleeve

What’s Not Included?

  • An adjustable bracket that matches your chosen pole color can be purchased as an add-on. The bracket can be adjusted to display the pole at a vertical, 25°, 50°, 65°, or horizontal position.
  • A 3’ x 5’ American flag can be added to your order for an additional charge. Save time and money by choosing both the bracket and American flag options to easily create your own patriotic display!

Which Direction Should the Eagle Ornament Face?

Eagle ornaments have been used on flagpoles since 1783 to honor the country’s national animal, representing freedom and pride. While there is no official policy on which direction the ornament should face, tradition holds that it should face Washington, DC, in peacetime and toward the troops during wartime.

Note: Flagpoles that bear an eagle ornament are only permitted to fly the American flag. This house-mounted flagpole is not designed to display polyester flags or those finished with gold fringe. To ensure your safety and the pole’s longevity, only install residential flagpoles in locations where the flag can’t get caught on nearby objects such as trees or roofs. This pole is not wind-rated and should be taken down during inclement weather and strong winds.
