Tough-Tex (Polyester) Annin American Flag
These heavy-duty USA flags are built for high winds, sea breezes, and harsh weather. The 2-ply polyester material uses an open weave pattern, reducing stress on the fabric. Please note that these American-made flags are too heavy for a regular house-mounted flagpole and should be used on wind-rated poles such as our internal halyard or external halyard poles.

About Annin Flagmakers
Annin Flagmakers was founded in 1847 by Alexander Annin, who had previously worked as a chandler, providing ship supplies and equipment. Starting in Lower Manhattan as a producer of the USA flag, Annin moved operations to Fifth Avenue in 1910 and finally to Roseland, New Jersey, in 1960, where it remains today.
As the oldest continuous flagmaker in the United States, Annin is well-known for its quality and legacy as a historical producer of the US flag. Annin flags have been used for the Apollo 11 mission, raised atop Mt. Suribachi on Iwo Jima in 1945, and for America’s Bicentennial celebration in 1976.
