Description
Display your connection to the Cayman Islands and their natural beauty with our high-quality flag. This Cayman Islands national flag is made from premium nylon, a lightweight fabric that dries quickly after rain, helping prevent mildew growth. The British Blue Ensign and coat of arms are digitally printed for vibrant, fade-resistant colors.
Each flag is reinforced with a sturdy canvas header and brass grommets for easy flying from any of our outdoor flagpoles. We carry these flags in sizes 12” x 18”, 2’ x 3’, 3’ x 5’, 4’ x 6’, and 5’ x 8’. Our 3’ x 5’ is a favorite among our customers, and an excellent fit for our 6’ tangle-free house-mounted pole.

Cayman Islands Flag Meaning & History
The Cayman Islands were granted self-government within the British Empire in 1959, and they adopted a national flag in the same year. The background is the British Blue Ensign, originally flown by British ships. On the right is the coat of arms, containing a shield with three stars, representing the three inhabited islands. The lion above the stars is a traditional symbol of Britain, and the turtle and pineapple stand for sailing and the country’s relationship with Jamaica, respectively.
